Kurumazaki Shrine is rumored to have helped many Japanese stars make achievements. Those celebrities have made donations to show their gratitude, and the contributors' names are carved elsewhere in the precinct.

This shrine is famous for its "Somei" well, one of the 3 famous wells in Kyoto. The water has been loved by tea masters for hundreds of years. In September, the shrine is beautifully decorated with pink and white bush clovers.

Fujinomori Shrine is famous for its blessings related to horse, and has been worshipped by many people for almost 1800 years. The shrine is also famous for its beautiful hydrangea garden.
